A bachelor’s programme in Computer Engineering was started in the Academic Year 1999-2000 with an intake of 40 students. Our Current intake is 60 students.The department has given its first meritorious batch of Computer Engineering graduates in July 2003. Majority of the graduate students are well placed at Intel, Sybase etc. Many of our passed out students have pursued higher studies. The Department has excellent laboratory facilities both for teaching and research. The Department organizes workshops, seminars in various specialties, and runs summer/winter schools for the benefit of engineering college teachers and professional engineers. The Bachelor of Computer Engineering programme is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi for 3 years from 15th March 2012.
