Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar Courses offered • B.Pharmacy - 4 year course (eight semesters) • M.Pharmacy - 2 year course (four semesters) The Department is recognised by Pharmacy Council of India. Department is equipped with modern facilities for effective practical training of the students, which include HPLCs, FTIR, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, Ultrasonicator, Rotary Tabletting Machine, Student Physiograph, Digital Computer Controlled Dissolution Test Apparatus, Deep Freezer and Stability Test Chamber. The Department has on going research programmes in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy.
