Established in 2006, Rajiv Gandhi Government College, Saha has carved a niche for itself in the field of higher education in a very short span. Situated in a rural area, it caters to the academic needs of the students living in the vicinity who, otherwise, would have spent their time and money in going to colleges in other areas. Besides academics, the college also focuses on co-curricular activities to provide opportunities to students to explore their potential in the areas of their interest. We try to instill in our students love for learning, the habit of studying, responsible use of freedom, personal integrity and willingness to help others. These tools are essential to empower the students so that they could grow into mature and responsible citizens. In order to enable them to meet the requirements of the present and future times, we constantly strive to educate them keeping in mind their socio-economic and family background and ever changing paradigms of society. We, at our college, realize the importance of this crucial phase in the life of the students and endeavour to provide them with opportunities and an environment that is positive, inspiring, challenging and stimulating to achieve their aim.
