Established in 2011, the institute is affiliated to MD University, Rohtak, and the AICTE has recognized its courses. Apart from this, the college has also been accredited with an excellent A+ grade by the NAAC. The engineering program offers specialization in various streams like Computer Science, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics as well as Civil engineering. Apart from this, the institute has a management school that offers courses like BBA and MBA to eligible candidates and also houses an Applied Sciences and Humanities department.
