Shri Jai Ram Mahila College of Education Research and Development is located in Kurukshetra, Haryana. It is administered and run by Shri Jai Ram Vidyapeeth, which is a Trust. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Shri Jai Ram Mahila College of Education Research and Development is approved by National Council for Teacher Education NCTE. The college imparts undergraduate level teacher training programme Bachelor of Education BEd, which is one-year full time programme. Shri Jai Ram Mahila College of Education Research and Development has state-of-the-art facilities within its sprawling campus.

Shri Jairam Mahila College of Education Research and Development, Kurukshetra was established in 2007 under the management of Shri Jai Ram Vidyapeeth Trust. It is one of the premier colleges established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress. The college is at present affiliated with Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind formerly affiliated with Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. It is recognized & approved by National Council for Teacher Education NCTE, Jaipur. The college offers two years Bachelor of Education BEd course for those who have completed their graduation with minimum aggregate of 50% from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course. Students here are admitted who completed their graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks in major or in aggregate at the Degree level. But Scheduled Castes SC, Scheduled Tribes ST & OBC candidates are to be entitled with a relaxation 5% marks ineligibility for admission.
