Panchkula was started in the year-2004 with a mission to impart quality base suitable education ,training and ethical standards of pharmacy to students and preparing them for the profession of Pharmacy. Currently the institute is offering two courses viz. D-Pharmacy (a two year diploma course) and B-Pharmacy (a four years degree course)with an intake of 60 seats in each. B-Pharmacy is approved by AICTE, Haryana Govt. and is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra., The SDDIP has an area of 3 acre with all facilities to meet all challenges that our pharma students are experiencing in this modern scenario. At SDDIP we are building our students though need based teaching, regular seminars, practical training, excurtions, visits to industries, extension lectures of scholars, as well making them good humans by motivating them for blood donation & tackling social issues like ADIS, no use of polythene bags & eradication of congress grass, River pollution by submersion of idols & flowers, effect of crackers on Deewali function etc by organizing Quiz & seminars., Village Gollpura,, Tehsil Barwala, Distt.
