Vaishno College of Education is situated in Nurpur in Himachal Pradesh state of India. Established in 2005, it is accredited from NCTE and it is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University. VCOE, Nurpur offers 4 courses across 1 streams namely Education and across 2 degrees like B.Ed, M.Ed. VCOE campus is spread over 15 Acres. Hostel facility is not available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as Boys Hostel, Canteen, Computer Lab, Fest, Guest house, Gym, Mess, Library, Medical Facilities, Cls. Room are also there.

The college is recognized by the NCTE of India vide letter no F.NRC/NCTE/F-3/HP-158/APNO2313 Dated : 29th June, 2005 & affiliated to HP University, Shimla vide letter no 1-276/2005-HPu(Acad.-1421. Dated : 20th july, 2005. The college started in the year 2005 with an intake of 100 students in B.Ed. College maintained an exceptional record right from the beginning and held many positions among the top ten students in the University Examinations. Due to the successful efforts of the management and the faculty to impart utmost quality education, within 2 years the college was accorded permission to run 200 seats in B.Ed and 35 seats in M.Ed.
