Located in L.R Institute of pharmacy was established in the year 2006 to impart high quality education in the field of pharmacy. The College is running B.Pharm & M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, approved by AICTE and affiliated to H.P.T.U Hamirpur. B.Pharm course is approved by Pharmacy Council of India. The College provides a stimulating and productive environment for Pharmaceutical education and research. It provides a healthy academic atmosphere for the students to achieve their goals with developed personality & fosters an academic environment in which the performance, goals and growth of each individual being assessed., L.R. institute of Pharmacy aims to create research ambience in the institutes by promoting research in Pharmacy and innovations in established and newer technologies; and to generate best pharmacist, scientist and academician to augment the supply of research experience faculty and research personnel in the country. Research and development activities are considered as an essential component of higher education because of their role in creating new knowledge and insight and imparting excitement and dynamism to the educational process, as well as make them need based in view of the national requirements., The institute has believed in quality education and for that it has been serving the state since last ten years. The institute has produced the well qualifying graduates who are providing the service in various governments and private organization in country.L.R. Institute of Pharmacy has wide-campus with modern infrastructural labs. Our aim is to make it an Institute of excellence and to improve the quality of technical education for the student community., L.R. Institute of Pharmacy is providing career-oriented education to the students to equip them with requisite qualification and training. This will enable them either to take up a gainful employment or to start their own enterprise and become self-sufficient. It has adequate infrastructure to cater the needs of courses being offered including full-fledged libraries and computer labs. The Institute is presently running various programs of varied duration. The Courses have accreditation / recognition from the Govt, of India. Efforts are afoot to obtain recognition / accreditation of some more courses. The achievements so far have been possible due to an inspiring and able leadership of our Management Committee comprising of highly educated, successful professionals and entrepreneurs., L.R.
