Course Information & Syllabus
The objective of the program is to develop the understanding of the principles, design, construction and working of automobiles with specialization in Motorsport Engineering that aims to produce graduates with a broad understanding of all contextualized to Motorsport environment. Graduates will be equipped to solve multi-disciplinary problems and lead future developments in industry. Graduates in the course will play a major role in the design, management and coordination of multidisciplinary projects.
Scope :
This program imparts knowledge about the basics of automobiles, understanding of mechanical analysis and design, combined with awareness of engineering practice, information technology, project management and business issues regarding Motorsports.

Career prospects are expected to keep pace with continuing rapid advances leading to increased demand for competent, versatile graduates who can design and implement innovative solutions for the automotive industry in general and motorsport industry in particular. Career positions available are design engineer, simulation engineer, quality engineer, inspection engineer, senior composites design engineer, race engineer, vehicle dynamics engineer, systems engineer, production engineer, performance engineer and control systems engineer.
