Government Degree College Tral also known as GDC Tral, is a University of Kashmir-affiliated co-educational degree college located at Tral in Pulwama district of the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.It is a University Grants Commission autonomous college recognised by UGC under 2 and 12 of UGC Act 1956.

Tral Degree College, a name that brings to ones mind an ideally located institution with a glorious heritage, is dedicated to excellence in the field of higher learning. Committed to the cause of empowerment of masses, through the instrument of education, excellence in academics and extra-curricular/co-curricular activities.

Govt. Degree College started its journey long back in the last millennium 1988. From a small temporary arrangement to the present beautiful campus, the college has been through a beautiful journey. From a few subjects to faculties of arts, science and commerce; the journey has been great. In fact, recently Clinical Biochemistry,Social Work,Statistics,Applied Mathematics,Public Admisistration and BCA were also sanctioned in the year 2018 by the Higher Education Department.
