The postgraduate and doctoral programs in Physics are steps towards the objective of expanding in many scientific areas intending to build upon and to further the position of the University as one of the leading academic institutions. Job Opportunity:

All the M.Sc and M.Phil students graduated from the department are well placed either pursuing Ph.D programme or working as Lecturers in reputed engineering colleges. One of the M.Sc passed out student (2008-10) Batch has been awarded scholarship for his Ph.D programme in Chiangmai University, Thailand.Another alumnus (2009-11) Batch completed his internship in Austria through IAESTE.
