Located in The year 2000 witnessed the birth of Harda Degree College named after the name of the city. The College was established by Janakibai Memorial Education Society, a pioneer in the field of education with the objective of providing education to the youth in an epoch a revolutionary change in every sphere of life. Managing society of college is duly registered with Firms and Registrar, Bhopal under section 44 of 1973 on 01/01/2000. Its Registration Numbers is 7628/2000., The College committed to excellence and learning, made a humble beginning in 2000 in three rooms with a meager strength of 36 students. This initial strength of 36 students has today risen to approx 1900 students and a four floor TWO separate buildings for Life Science and other courses situated in front of Collector bungalow with a campus of approx 60000 sq. ft. identifying the college with a remarkable images, in a short span of only 14 years. Block THREE of approx 20000 sq. feet is under construction., HDC, as it is popularly known has become a pioneer institute Harda creating professionals and has created landmark through its learning methodologies, incorporating new initiatives in the field of education. The college offers a vista of 19 conventional and professional courses in the five faculties of Science, Commerce, Home Science, Management and Arts., HDC is a hub for dedicated, talented, experienced teachers who motivate and energize the students to achieve the best.
