Shiv Kumar Singh Institute of Technology & Science was established in 2007 by Smt Chanda Sisodiya, with a mission to provide the best possible education experience through excellence in teaching and research activities. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. Our MBA Program is affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore. All the courses are approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and recognized by Directorate of Technical Education and Government of Madhya Pradesh.

SKSITS provides high level of teaching, research and extension activities in the field of Technical and Management education, located on a sprawling 12 acres campus in the Pithampur Rau bypass, and just opposite to IIM – Indore. Being one of Indore’s best ranked Engineering Colleges, SKSITS has excellent infrastructure, imposing buildings with spacious class rooms, and Laboratories with state of the art technology. A vast range of cultural, educational, sports and social activities are available to the students, faculty and its staff. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Fire Technology, and Civil Engineering are the under graduate courses offered at SKSITS.

As per the guidelines of DTE, Bhopal, the college has provision for lateral entry in to BE – Second year for the Diploma holders and BSc students. These admissions are available in all core branches of engineering i.e. CS/IT/EC/EX/Mechanical/Civil/Fire Technology. The other Post Graduate programs offered at our college are ME in Computer Science Engineering & VLSI and Embedded System, MTech in Structural Engineering & Industrial Safety and Engineering. As a part of promoting non-formal technical education, SKSITS offering Diploma courses in Mechanical and Electrical engineerings
