Shri Saraswati Bhuvan Education Society believes in Vision “Tamso Ma Jyotirgmaya” meaning eliminating the darkness, and Ignorance from the lives of people living in age-long poverty, backwardness and helps them to step ahead towards knowledge, education for all round development to became an ideal citizen of India., The society was established in 1915 in adverse circumstances by a group of dedicated and zealous, nonpolitical eminent personalities. This was the first education society in those days which was imparting education in Marathi medium. The institution during the ensuing period throve purely on goodwill and affection of the people. Adv. Panditrao Pargaonkar, Adv. Digambardasji Chaudhari, Adv. Tukaram Pant were among the founder members. The education society is leaded by eminent dedicated management authorities. To name a few Bhausaheb Vaishampayan, Padmavibhushan Govindbhai Shroff, Bhujangrao Kulkarni, Dr. Bapusaheb Kaldate, Prof. Dinkarrao Borikar and presently Barrister J.M. Gandhi, Adv.
