Tatyasaheb Mahajan Arts and Commerce College is a small unit having two faculties of learning. The college is run by local management committee titled as "Shikshan Prasarak Mandal" means an organization to expand good education., The College was established in the year 1965.Then it was affiliated to Nagpur University. To introduce a new college then, indeed was not an easy task. The Management had to face and surpass many obstacles., The management that runs our college is aware of social responsibilities. Particularly, they have great love for education. In the present governing council the president Shri., RamkrushnaGovindraoShete(Dada)( Ex. Nagar sangchalak RSS.) and Secretary ShriPremrajBhala (Ex. Nagar sanghachalak RSS). Besides this degree College, the management is running seven High Schools with attached junior colleges and seven convents for English Medium School, two Primary Marathi Medium Schools. It is a Matter of achievement that our management is running a Medical College (B.A.M.S.) also., The organization has certain definite aims and objectives. One of the main objectives is to educate people who belong to poor families in rural area., Vision, We are committed to providing quality education with equal opportunities., Mission, We aim to bring about the academic transformation via education values and technological advancements that would help form the egalitarian- cum -advanced society and nation.
