Aspiring professionals undergo a specialized training program that enables them to interpret and transcribe dictations by physicians and other health care and insurance professionals accurately. Each trainee receives four months of intensive training conducted at the enine.com's specialized and well-equipped state-of-art training facility. Weekly tests are conducted to measure the progress of the Transcription. Additional two month of on-job training also offered (OJT.) Apprentices.
During the training, the trainees are taught the use of reference, authentic auditory material as well as eyes and hand coordination emphasized throughout the lab work. They study and are expected to achieve proficiency in
