Saraswati Education Society SES, a Charitable Trust is established in the year 2003. The SES started Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College of Engineering & Management YTCEM in the academic year 2008-09. The College is approved by All India Council for Technical Education AICTE, New Delhi, recognized by Government of Maharashtra Director of Technical Education, DTE, and affiliated to University of Mumbai. The chairman of the trust, Dr. N. Y. Tasgaonkar himself is a renowned doctor and educationalist. Today SES is known as a leading education group in Maharashtra in a very small span of four years with number of institutes such as Engineering, Management, Pharmacy & Diploma, located at Bhivpuri Road Railway Station, near Karjat surrounded with green landscape. YTCEM offers courses in Computer Engineering , Civil Engineering , Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering , Information Technology Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Saraswati Education Society’s Yadavrao Tasgaonkar College of Engineering and Management has the word “Saraswati” representing the Goddess of Knowledge, Music, Art, Speech, Wisdom and Learning. The combination of different colors such as pink, green and blue color symbolizes the logo of our college mentioning the trust name “Saraswati Education Society”. The symbol represents to deliver the engineering education to the students with the aim to aspire their goals. It also signifies the nature with lots of trees around the college and beautiful environment to pursue the education.
