The College is Situated in educationally backward region of Wardha District.It was Established in 1990 with Arts & Commerce Faculties having very few numbers of Students.

To import higher education to the Samudrapur & Hinganghat Tahsil in general and to inculcate the value of higher education to the rural areas peoples.
To ensure & inculcate perfect discipline in terms of regularly, sincerity and punctuality amongst the students so that they contribute to society and nation as most conscious, responsible and respectable citizens.
