Selection Process

For the selection in the PhD in Commerce course, the candidates who cleared the National Eligibility Test for Junior Research Fellowship such as UGC-NET-JRF, ICMR-JRF, DBT-JRF, DST-INSPIRE, and Council of Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility test are excluded from the entrance examination conducted by the institution however they are supposed to attend the consecutive round of interview.

The top PhD colleges in India for Commerce give admission on the basis of entrance exams and the merit obtained by the students in their postgraduate courses. A merit list is subsequently released, allocating seats to qualifying candidates by the college.
