Thereafter some enthusiastic citizens of Bargarh township planned to commence the First-ever +3 (Degree) co-education College in its municipality area. This long-cherished dream came true when Trust Fund Degree College got permission to begin its First Session i.e. 1998-1999 by means of admitting students to Science and Arts streams. Subsequently this institution was recognized by D. H. E., Orissa and affiliated to Sambalpur University., This educational institution started evolving in every sphere with unfailing support of some conscious citizens of Bargarh towns They heartily extended their untiring helping hands to several occasions to march ahead. Hence they were assigned to adorn some dignified positions in the first formation of Governing body at the time of inception.
