Eligibility

The candidate shall have minimum of 55% of marks in aggregate or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) (not applicable to engineering and management subjects). However, in case of candidates belonging to SC and ST (and other reservation norms stipulated by the Government), the minimum marks required shall be 50%.

The PhD programme aims to equip the research scholar with the skills expected of a qualified researcher. It attempts to groom students into scientists who are able to conduct good, independent research responsibly and ethically.
