Coursework & Assessment :
Learning and teaching methods encourage group and independent learning. The course is conducted through
lectures, tutor inputs, work in real/simulated customer service situation, field visits and talks from experts in the field. Assessment is carried out during the on-going learning program, through assignments, monthly tests dissertation
and year-end examination.
Careers :
