Ofcourse the December evenings turned ecstatic and the cloistered crowd enjoyed a package of cultural variety presented by local and Kolkata artists. Hats off to the fantastic show staged by the team membered by the teachers and students of different Govt. H.S. Schools from the Brahmaputra Valley. The drama “Swarbarna” by the ex-students was simply superb. And on 29th May 2015, a hurricane tour of our HRD Minister, Smt. Smriti Irani made the develop one again a festive look. Madam unveiled a memorial stone commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the Institution. Her brief but jolly chat with the students hit headlines of media.
