Sainik School Bhubaneswar issue a notification for the admission to Class-VI & Class-IX through AISSEE Entrance Examination which was held on January 06, 2019. Sainik Schools are fully residential Schools established in various parts of the country for boys providing Public School Education of a high standard with a military bias.

Eligibility Criteria
Sainik Schools admit boys in classes VI and IX through an All India Entrance Examination held once in a year. The age of the boys should be between the age of 10-11 year (born between 01 April 2007 to 31 March 2009 for Class VI. Admission is made strictly in the order of merit on the basis of the Entrance Examination, interview and medical fitness.

Syllabus
The scheme of Entrance Examination envisages a written examination followed by an interview and medical test. The medical test will be according to the medical standards prescribed for entry to the National Defence Academy. The medium of Examination – The Entrance Examination will be conducted in Hindi and English Medium only. Candidates appearing for Class VI Entrance Examination have the option to take the Examination in regional language i.e Odiya. For Class IX the question paper will be in English only.
Result
The result of All India Sainik Schools Entrance (AISSEE) Examination has been announced online. The candidates are selected to appear for the Medical Test and Interview.
