The department has well qualified and motivated faculty that includes three research scholars. They regularly attend seminars, workshops and conferences to keep themselves current for efficient classroom management and to meet the challenges of a fast changing technical world. The Ph.D. Mathematics Program is intended to encourage the development of mathematics in India through the production of highly trained mathematicians whose research works contribute to the development of new knowledge.
