Scholarship
The Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC) in the UK and the Department for International Development (DFID) invites applications for its DFID Sponsored Commonwealth Shared Scholarships from graduates and postgraduates from the Commonwealth countries. The aim of the scholarship is to contribute to the development needs of Commonwealth countries by providing training for skilled and qualified professionals and academics and to contribute to UK higher education and foreign policy aims by encouraging collaboration and links.

Eligibility
- A citizen of or a candidate who has been granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country, or is a British Protected Person
- A permanent resident in an eligible Commonwealth country
- Available to start the academic studies in the UK by the start of the UK academic year in September/October 2019
- Hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standard or a second class degree
- A relevant postgraduate qualification (usually a Master’s degree)
- Not have studied or worked for one (academic) year or more in a high-income country
- Should be unable to afford to study in the UK without this scholarship

Step 4: Attach the required documents.
