Howard University Graduate School, USA is offering Howard University Graduate School Esther Ottley Fellowship 2014 to female students wishing to pursue a PhD at the university. The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of leadership qualities.

Eligibility :

=> Candidates can be domestic or international students. => Candidates must be advanced to Ph.D. candidacy and enrolled as full-time degree-seeking students. => Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
