Eligibility

Applicants must not already hold a doctoral degree; or be matriculated for a doctoral degree at the University of St Andrews or another institution. applicants must be able to start their degree in January 2021. Applicants will be admitted to both Universities (University of St Andrews and University of Victoria) and therefore have to comply with admission requirements from both Universities.
