Application invites for Undergraduate Admissions 2014 at University of Southampton. Ocean and Earth Science at the University of Southampton has an excellent reputation for providing world class geology degrees, geophysics degrees, marine biology degrees and oceanography degrees. All of our degree programmes are taught at our waterfront campus, The National Oceanography Centre Southampton (NOCS). If you’re based in the UK, we strongly encourage you to come to one of our Open Days before applying. This will allow you to get a feel for the University and its facilities, and help you to make that all-important decision.

Applying for a full-time course

You can make your application online at the UCAS website, www.ucas.com, where you’ll also find key dates and deadlines. You will be asked for an institution code name and number. Our code name is SOTON. Our number is S27.The application fee is £23 if you are applying to more than one university or college, or for more than one programme; £12 if you are just applying for a single programme at one institution.

Accommodation

If you will not be living at home you will need to apply for accommodation. For information about how to apply for accommodation please visit: www.southampton.ac.uk/accommodation. All applications for accommodation should be made before the deadline of 1st August 2014. Enrolment and induction instructions will be sent to you in August.
