The University of Glasgow have invited applications from candidates for a studentship to an M.Sc Programme in Gender History for the academic session 2014-15.
About Scholarship
Studentship for the MSc Programme in Gender History 2014-15 is available for applicants from outside the EU. The scholarship demands that the applicants have an outstanding track-record of academic achievement at undergraduate level. The M.Sc in Gender History aims to extend knowledge of the theory and methods associated with gender history, across a range of periods and places, in association with the Centre for Gender History.
Eligibility :
Applicants must have been accepted by the University of Glasgow – conditionally or unconditionally – for the MSc in Gender History.
How to Apply:
The Applications should consist of:
* a letter of application outlining the applicant’s current and future interests in gender history and
* a writing sample (e.g. an essay or dissertation)

Value of the award:
The studentship will cover the costs of the student’s fees up to a maximum of the annual tuition costs. A stipend of £10,000 is awarded in addition to these tuition costs
