The college is housed in a magnificent building with seven floors with plinth area of 22000 sq. feet on each floor. Nine Different Departments, Laboratories, Work Shops, Library, Office, Lecture Halls & Staff rooms are housed in this building. DCET is affiliated to Osmania University. The college is headed by Prof. M. Amir Ali.B.E, M.E.In the beginning the college offered only 4 courses with students intake of 180. Now the college is offering B.E. courses in Eight disciplines listed below apart from MCA.
