Located in Recognising the importance of business education in a rapidly changing domestic and global environment, The Institute for Integrated Learning in Management (IILM) was established in October, 1993, under the aegis of the Ram Krishan and Sons Charitable Trust, founded by Group Usha, with a mandate to provide management education of the highest quality. The programmes designed by the Institute, integrate classroom exercises with industrial and business settings, and in order to bridge the gap that most professionally trained manager's find between theory and practice. IILM's mission is to contribute towards developing managers with a global perspective and an adaptive mode of functioning., It hopes to achieve this through integrated learning, practice and a reality-oriented systematic approach to the application of knowledge. We aim at providing the highest quality in education for business and academic leaders, and promoting the understanding and practice of management through research. Our approach is to prepare women and men to meet their career opportunities with a strong conceptual foundation, backed by practical insight and with an awareness of the need for initiative and leadership when faced with global business challenges.
