RICS School of Built Environment, Noida offers Full Time Bachelors Degree in BBA in Construction Management. Construction managers form a very important sub-group of built environment professionals who participate in the management of the development, conservation and improvement of our built environment. They work at a variety of levels from the construction site and project, through the corporate organizations of the industry and its clients, to society as a whole. BBA Construction Management program is a ground-breaking program for educating undergraduate students in the specialized area of management of construction projects. This program would prepare students to be managers in the technological stream of construction and accordingly curriculum is designed to include technology as well as management related subjects. The program starts with introductory generic subjects related to built environment, architecture and construction, which are important for an overall perspective. From second semester onwards, students will be taught subjects related to structures, construction technology, building services, construction law etc. In addition, all semesters will have relevant management subjects covered alongside. Each semester will have project lab and field work which will help them understand practical application of theoretical concepts taught during the semester. Students can expect to be placed in professional roles within a wide spectrum of construction organizations i.e. clients, contracting organizations, developers, construction management consultancy organizations and large architectural organizations.
