D. Y. Patil Education Society is established in the year-1987 with the mission to provide best quality education in the area of health sciences comparable with the best institutions in the world.

Dr. D.Y.Patil Hospital and Medical Research centre is a teaching hospital attached to the Medical College. The Hospital is constructed on a sprawling campus admeasuring 25 acres of land With absolute faith that higher education and research alone can cope with growing complexity of the modern world, providing training to the young generations so that they can bring relief to suffering human beings and conducting research to improve the quality of treatment using newer means, methods and technology comparable with the best institutions in the world.
