Located in Established in the year 2006 in rural area with a broad vision of "Development through inclusiveness" Brain child of late Dr. Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy, came into existing with a noble objective of providing quality education to deserving and economically deprived sections at affordable price. Constituent college of JNTU, Hyderabad till August 2008. Became a constituent college of JNTUA, Anantapur from August 2008. The admission into these courses is based on merit determined through performance at a state level competition examination called Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test EAMCET conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education APSCHE., JNTUA College of Engineering, Pulivendula, J.N.T. University Anantapur has been established with social objective of providing technical education accessible and affordable to the rural people. The college foundation was laid on 25th December 2005 by the hands of our beloved former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, late Dr.Y.S.Rajashekhara Reddy garu. The institute is one of the University Colleges of JNTU Anantapur, Ananthapuramu State University and is a government run institute With its dedicated faculty, staff and sincere efforts of students put together the institute has earned good reputation in the J.N.T.University Anantapur region., The fact was undoubtedly established by the university results, placements of all the outgoing batches of the institute and Accreditation of all eligible under graduate programmes by National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi. All the departments have well qualified faculty and technical supporting staff. All the laboratories are equipped with the modern equipments. An exhaustive practical training is imparted to the students to develop their working skills in well equipped workshops, computer centres and laboratories. All the departments have LCD projectors which can be used for Power Point Presentations in the class rooms.
