Rayalaseema College of Physical Education, PRODDATUR, was established by the Proddatur Development Trust during the year 1984 with prior permission of the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh and affiliation of Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. This is the first College of Physical Education established under the Private Sector and only College of Physical Education receiving Grant-in-Aid from the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. At present, the College is offering 3 (Three) Teacher Training Courses in Physical Education viz., 1) U.G.D.P.Ed., 2) B.P.Ed, 3) M.P.Ed. and the NCTE (SRC) also granted its recognition for all 3 courses offering in this College.
