There is currently no restriction on the number of attempts for NEET UG. Earlier, the Medical Council of India had proposed a limit on attempts, but the Supreme Court allowed unlimited attempts provided the candidate meets the eligibility criteria, including age and educational qualifications. As long as a student fulfills the eligibility requirements and registers successfully for the exam, they can appear for NEET UG multiple times.
