NEET UG is conducted in multiple languages to ensure accessibility for students across India. The exam is available in English, Hindi, and several regional languages including Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Candidates must select their preferred language while filling out the application form. However, the availability of regional languages may depend on the exam center location. For example, some languages are only offered in specific states where they are commonly used. In case of any discrepancy between translations, the English version of the question paper is considered final.
