Clearing the ATMA exam is only the first step. Participating institutes shortlist candidates based on their ATMA percentile for further rounds, which typically include a Group Discussion (GD), a Personal Interview (PI), and sometimes a Written Ability Test (WAT). In the final merit list, weightage is distributed across several factors: ATMA score (typically 50-70%), GD/PI performance (20-30%), and academic consistency/work experience (10-20%). Candidates must apply to each college individually as AIMS does not conduct a common centralized counseling.
