Candidates applying for NEET PG must possess an MBBS degree or a provisional MBBS pass certificate recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the former Medical Council of India (MCI). They must also hold a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the NMC, MCI, or a State Medical Council. Additionally, candidates must complete a one-year compulsory rotatory internship on or before the date specified by the exam authorities for that particular exam year. Indian citizens, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), and foreign medical graduates who qualify the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) are eligible to apply provided they meet the internship and registration requirements.
