Certification Cookery (CC)

Certification Cookery (CC) - This course is designed for both new students who are interested and have a passion for cookery, and for students who have successfully completed the Certificate. With this qualification you will be able to work as a commercial cook with a supervisory or team leading role in the kitchen. You will be able to operate independently or with limited guidance from others and use discretion to solve non-routine problems.
