  • Grammar, sentence structure and verbal ability

Section B: Current Affairs & General Knowledge - 30 questions

  • National and international current events
  • Government, institutions, awards, sports, science and important appointments
  • General awareness and significant developments relevant to the test period

Section C: Logical Reasoning - 70 questions

  • Analytical reasoning, arguments, assumptions, conclusions and inferences
  • Logical sequences, patterns, relationships and problem-solving
  • Legal principles may appear as reasoning material, but NLU Delhi says technical legal knowledge is not required for this section

LL.M. syllabus

The LL.M. paper has 100 MCQs from different branches of law. Prepare foundational doctrine and application across constitutional law, jurisprudence, administrative law, contract, torts, criminal law, property, company law, public international law, environmental law, labour law and other core subjects identified in the current university materials.

The official 2027 schemes state 120 minutes and a deduction of 0.25 marks per wrong answer for both programmes. Use NLU Delhi's official B.A. LL.B. scheme and LL.M. scheme as the authority.
