NTA declares NCHMCT JEE results and publishes score information through its official portal. No result date for the 2027 cycle had been announced as of 11 October 2026. Candidates should use the application or roll number and other credentials requested in the result notice, download the scorecard and preserve it for counselling.

How to check the scorecard

1. Visit the official NTA NCHM JEE portal and open the result link for the correct cycle.
2. Enter the requested application number, date of birth or password and security code.
3. Submit the form and review the displayed score and rank details.
4. Download and print the scorecard; check the instructions for any discrepancy-reporting window.

Rank, qualification and validity

Admission is based on the All India Rank and centralized counselling, subject to the candidate's eligibility, choices, category rules, seat availability and document verification. A scorecard or rank does not itself guarantee admission. Use the score only for the admission cycle and counselling process stated in the official notice; do not assume validity for a later academic year.
