Maharaja Agrasen PG College for Women, Jhajjar saw its emergence in the year 1984, with the devoted, sincere and visionary team of Aggarwal Community. The college is affiliated to MDU, Rohtak and is situated right in the heart of the town. The long-cherished dream of women education unfolded into reality with the most sincere and dedicated efforts of the Management Committee and Government authorities.

This institution evolved as an undergraduate college under the faculty of Arts but now it has 18 teaching departments under the faculties of Arts, Science and Commerce. The college also provides education for Post Graduate Courses in English, Hindi, Mathmatics and Commerce.
