KUHS offers and regulates various undergraduate and postgraduate courses including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BPharm, BSc Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, MD, MS, MDS, MPharm, and MPhil degrees.

Admissions for most undergraduate medical and dental courses are based on the NEET (UG)All India entrance examination. Other courses might have state-level entrance exams or merit-based admissions.

KUHS itself does not directly provide placements. However, its affiliated colleges often have placement cells that assist students in finding internships and jobs in hospitals and healthcare organizations.

The fee structure varies across government and private affiliated colleges. For government colleges, it's considerably lower (around INR 30,000-40,000 per year), while private colleges can range from INR 8-15 Lakhs per year.
