Maa Shakumbhari University, Saharanpur

Maa Shakumbhari University is a State University in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India established by The Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 2019. It is expected to open in 2022. The Project is currently under Construction near the Government Degree College campus, Punwarka, Uttar Pradesh.

The university is being built on 50 acres. The university will start in the year 2022. About 300 degree colleges of the Mandal will be connected to the university in Saharanpur. About 1.50 lakh students will get benefit, they will not have to run for Meerut. On the other hand, employment opportunities will also increase. The area around the university will be developed substantially. So that youth can get jobs easily.
