      About Government College Of Pharmacy, Ratnagiri

      The Government College of Pharmacy was established in the year 2009 as a Venture of Director, Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra. The College is affiliated to Mumbai University, Mumbai and approved by All India Council of Technical Education AICTE, New Delhi & Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi. It is located at Ratnagiri a port city on the Arabian Sea coast in the southwestern part of Maharashtra, India. The campus is situated near the prime location of historical place Thiba Palace, is 7.2 Km from Ratnagiri railway station on National highway 204.

      Ratnagiri or its vicinity is the native place of illustrious Indians, including "Lokmānya" Bal Gangadhar Tilak, Bharat Ratna Dhondo Keshav Karve social reformer and educationist and Wrangler Raghunath Purushottam Paranjpe mathematician and educationist.

      Vision is to foster proactive, pragmatic, devoted, talented, skilled and technically sound Pharmacist at par with global standards
