About Makhanlal University Bhopal

Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication (Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita Vishwavidyalaya) is a public university located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. It is named after Makhan Lal Chaturvedi, a freedom fighter, poet, and journalist, and was established in 1990 by the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly. The University is approved by University Grants Commission (India) and is a member of the Association of Indian Universities and the Association of Commonwealth Universities.

The University has its main campus in Bhopal. It also has campuses in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (near Delhi), and at Khandwa, Gwalior, Amarkantak, Rewa(M.P).
