The mission of Training and Placement Cell is to achieve maximum placement for students through dedication, attitude and complete involvement. The T&P cell holds the objective of acquainting the students of the Institute with Industries. The Placement cell organizes and extends services towards collaborative placement activities. The cell conducts training activities for the final year students mainly focusing on Career planning, Personality Development Industry- Institute Interaction, off site training, Industrial visits, Campus placements, Entrepreneurship Development. Continuous interaction of the cell with the industries also helps in achieving the above goals & motivating students to contribute in this direction. This cell also helpings students to improve their command on English language & Communication skill. We are mainly focused on - Career Planning - Group Discussion - Campus Interviews - Interview Techniques - Industry – Institute Interactions - Communication skills - Entrepreneurship Development - Aptitude - Guest Lectures - Technical Skills In view of above Training and Placement Cell conducts various programme like Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, and Aptitude test etc. to encourage students and to develop their skills. So in context of achieving this goal we organized the “Placement Week” for the final year students, in which we kept various sessions to groom student’s skills and personality. We had the session from quite well known personalities of cultch to acknowledge our students.
