To commemorate the Quincentenary Gurpurb of Sri Guru Angad Dev Ji ( Second Sikh Master) in the year 2004, it was decided by the Kaar Sewa, Khadur sahib to establish a registered Trust namely “Nishan-E-Sikhi Charitable Trust” in Khadur Sahib to uplift the moral values among the humans. The objective of the Trust is to provide advanced education, sports and various welfare facilities to the talented and economically backward people of the country along with undertaking large scale tree plantation to restore eco balance and to overcome the problem of global warming.
